About Me
I’m a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Lynnwood and Edmonds, educated at Western Washington University in Bellingham, and later based in Seattle as a consultant with Deloitte. My wife, Katie, and I now live in Lake Stevens with our two kids, Cooper and Kora. This region has always been home, and my heart is rooted in the communities across the greater Seattle area.
Growing up in the ‘90s and early ‘00s, I was part of the first generation raised alongside rapidly evolving technology—video games, internet, and eventually smartphones and social media were constants from a very young age. This exposure combined with my combo ADHD and depression meant that my teenage years were very challenging. I struggled in school, lacked motivation, and often felt stuck in cycles of distraction and passivity. I wanted to succeed, but I didn’t have the tools to get there.
That changed when I discovered a greater sense of purpose and learned the skills needed to not only manage my ADHD but even thrive in today’s high-stimulation world. I eventually built a successful 8-year career in the high-burn and demanding world of management consulting at Deloitte. Working with senior executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies, I often felt intimidated and like an imposter due to my ADHD and past. But it was ultimately that environment that pushed me to develop and adopt systems for focus, organization, mindset, and motivation—frameworks that helped me not just survive, but excel.
Now, I’ve transitioned into coaching and mentoring to share what I’ve learned and help others avoid the same pitfalls. Whether it’s ADHD, screen addiction, teenage life, or the pressures of corporate culture, my mission is to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful, lasting change.
Ultimately, my goal is to shift the ethos of the next generation—one person at a time.
